In-person sessions
For many, being in the same room brings a comforting sense of grounding and connection, which can enrich the therapeutic process.
For in-person sessions, you are welcomed to the therapy studio in my garden, in the heart of Shoreham-by-Sea. The space is cosy, warm and private.
The Therapy Studio is based in a peaceful, residential area of town and has discreet access via the back garden.

On Foot
The therapy studio is just a 10-minute walk from Shoreham Village, making it easily accessible for those arriving on foot.
Public Transport
Shoreham Train Station is only a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop (served by the number 2 route) is just a 5-minute walk from the studio.
By Car
If you’re driving, a private parking space is available directly outside the studio, with additional free parking on the surrounding streets.
